Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of luckynumber24.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Lucky Number 24 ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell real U.S. telephone numbers. After purchase, the number is reserved for you and we provide the porting details (account number and PIN) you need to transfer it to the carrier of your choice. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are a one-time number fee unless stated otherwise.

2. Availability

Listings reflect live inventory, but a number is only confirmed once your payment is completed. If a number becomes unavailable before your order is fulfilled, we will refund you in full or, if you prefer, help you choose another number.

3. Porting and delivery

• Porting details are typically delivered by email within 72 hours after payment is confirmed.
• Our numbers are wireline numbers, and compatibility varies by carrier. Please read our Porting Guide before you buy.
• You have 30 days to complete the transfer. After 30 days, a $2.99/month holding fee applies until the number is transferred.

4. 100% money-back guarantee

If your number can’t be transferred to your carrier, we refund 100% of what you paid. See our Refund Policy for details. Once a number has been successfully transferred, the sale is final.

5. Number meanings

Thai and Chinese number meanings, digit sums and personality reads on the Site are provided for cultural interest and entertainment. They are not a promise of luck, income or any particular outcome.

6. Discount and referral codes

Discount, creator and referral codes are subject to the terms shown when they are issued, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if misused.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use a number purchased from us for unlawful purposes, fraud, harassment, or unsolicited robocalls or spam, and to follow the terms of the carrier you port the number to.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not responsible for carrier outages, carrier policies or service issues after a number has been transferred.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
