If your number can’t be transferred (ported) to your carrier, we refund you in full — 100% of what you paid.

How it works

• After your order is confirmed, we send your porting details (account number and PIN) — typically within 72 hours.
• You request the transfer with your carrier. Our numbers are wireline numbers, and compatibility varies by carrier. Our Porting Guide explains the steps.
• If a compatible transfer isn’t possible, email us at luckynumbertwenty4@gmail.com with your order number and your carrier’s response. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Good to know

• You have 30 days to complete the transfer. After 30 days, a $2.99/month holding fee applies until the number is transferred.
• Once a number has been successfully transferred to your carrier, the sale is final.
