Lucky Number 24 sells phone numbers — a digital product. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping fees.

• Order confirmation: emailed right after checkout.
• Porting details: your account number and PIN for transferring the number to your carrier are emailed, typically within 72 hours after payment is confirmed.
• Transfer window: you have 30 days to complete the transfer with your carrier. After 30 days, a $2.99/month holding fee applies until the number is transferred.
• If your number can’t be transferred to your carrier, you are covered by our 100% money-back guarantee.
