Common questions

How long does the whole thing take?

We email your transfer details within about 1–2 business days of purchase. After that, timing depends on your carrier — many transfers finish the same day, and some take a few business days.

Will my current service stop?

Not if you add the new number to a new line or eSIM. If you replace the number on an existing line, your carrier will explain what changes and when.

Can I keep my old number too?

Yes — put your new number on a second line or eSIM and keep both. Ask your carrier about dual-SIM options.

What about toll-free numbers?

Toll-free numbers (like 833 or 888) need a provider that supports toll-free service, such as many business phone and VoIP services. We’re happy to point you in the right direction.

What if my carrier rejects the transfer?

It’s usually a detail mismatch. Send us the rejection message and we’ll help sort it out. If we truly can’t deliver the number as described, our Refund Policy covers you.
