We secure your numberWe reserve the number with our inventory partner, usually within 1 business day. If it was taken before we could secure it, we'll offer a comparable number or a full refund.

Transfer details sentWe email the transfer (porting) information and step-by-step guidance, typically within 1–2 business days of purchase.

You activate with your carrierGive the transfer details to your carrier. Timing depends on the carrier — see our Porting Guide for tips.
